Returns

Being that every doll deserves something made just for her, we accept returns on eligible unworn, unaltered hair within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, hair must be completely unworn and unaltered. Lace must not be cut, tinted, bleached, plucked, or customized. Hair must not be washed, colored, curled, straightened, or chemically treated. Original packaging must be intact. The customer must contact Niyara Hair within 7 days of delivery.

Final sale items include custom units, customized or colored hair, cut or altered lace, and worn or processed hair.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
